KwikiChat is the latest mobile app for iPhone and Android that connects buyers on a website with the website seller on their smartphone using text, audio and 2-way interactive video. It has a companion app that goes on the customers website that can be configured to proacively invite website visitors to connect.
Additional operators can be assigned to assist with incoming calls and/or to only answer calls on a particular website.Visitors can also be transfered to other operators if necessary.
All communication is secure and processed through the mobile app and at no time is the cell phone number of the website owner disclosed. In our preliminary investigations we learned that some people, especially female Realtors, wanted to protect their cell phone numbers. KwikiChat connects to the cell phone via the KwikiChat app and at no time reveals or discloses the phone number. In fact, the app doesn't require the phone number at any time.
